Tallow

Our whipped tallow body cream is made from triple-rendered tallow to allow for maximum skin moisture and healing.  We offer three varieties - lavender, Manuka honey and unscented. Tallow is used in creams, balms and moisturizers because its lipid profile closely resembles human skin and is easily absorbed. 

Tallow contains fatty acids and vitamins A, D, E, and K together in one formula, which is part of why tallow is more than a standard moisturizer.

A healthy skin barrier keeps moisture in and irritants out. Tallow's fatty acid profile helps support our skin's barrier, which is part of why it works well even on dry or sensitive skin. Tallow is non-comedogenic and won't clog pores. Tallow contains soothing properties making it a gentle remedy for eczema-prone skin.
